Sofia Vergara, everyone’s favorite human being, is set to play Sharon Stone’s love interest in a new comedy, Fading Gigolo.
Sharon will take on the role of a dermatologist who has a threesome with Sofia and a gigolo, played by John Turturro. There’s probably more going on in the movie, too.
Shooting is set to take place in New York City, starting in April. Turturro will play a prostitute, while Woody Allen will costar as the pimp. It sounds worth seeing for the Woody Allen thing alone.
A friend of Sharon’s told Life & Style: “Sharon thinks it’s going to be a lot of fun playing the lover of one of the hottest actresses out there.”
So what’s it going to be like? “The scenes will be steamy!” The pal said.
Turturro plays a guy who goes broke and decides to become a gigolo to make money. Woody is his best friend turned pimp, and their new endeavor causes a commotion in their Hasidic Jewish community.
Turturro is also set to direct the movie. I’m guessing he had something to do with casting too.
Meanwhile, Sofia’s twenty year-old son (WTF), is preparing to release a documentary about he and his mother’s trip from Colombia to Hollywood. Titled, Mi Vida con Toty, Manolo Gonzalez said of his documentary:
“I'm thrilled at this opportunity to work with NuevOn and use all those videos that I was filming for years... that prove that my mom is more interesting and funny in real life than any show.”
