The upside is, at least her lawyer has job security.
The guy who Lindsay Lohan allegedly struck with her Porsche last week is trying to squeeze at least $100,000 from her. Time for another Playboy shoot?
Thaer Kamal claims that the actress struck him with her car. And he's hired famed lawyer Mark Geragos. Geragos has handled some high profile cases, defending Michael Jackson, Scott Peterson, and Chris Brown.
Geragos contacted Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, claiming to have video evidence that shows Lindsay hitting Kamal before getting out of the driver's side of the car and trading places with her passenger.
But sources who were at the scene at the time told http://news-and-entertainment.blogspot.com that didn't happen. When Lindsay heard of the accusation that she "scraped" someone with her car, she took to Twitter to write:
"Scrape? This is all a complete lie. I've been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn't even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd."
Kamal reportedly told people at the scene that he wasn't injured, but later changed his mind and decided to go to a hospital.
Lindsay was apparently trying to leave a Hollywood nightclub, making a U-turn when she struck the guy, who is the manager of the Hookah Lounge, next door to the club.
